Ingredients
Cupcake
- 1 package Old Fashioned Stack Pancake Mix Thermo-Snacks
- 1 teaspoon sweetener
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 ounces water
Frosting
- ½ package Divine Cheesecake Thermo-Snacks
- ½ package Bistro Cappuccino Hot Drink Mix
- 3 ounces water
Directions
Cupcakes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine Pancake mix, sweetener, egg and 2 oz. water.
Divide mixture between two individual muffin tins.
Bake for 12 minutes and cool.
Frosting
Combine Cheesecake mix.
Mix cappuccino mix and 3 oz. of water.
Let sit for 10 minutes.
